Song of the Day (Jan. 29, 2010)

Today's song is "Reloaded" by Winds of Plague. Funny thing is that this song is very unpopular due to it being more of a "Hardcore" song rather than the normal Winds of Plague songs that are highly melodic. The band even denied requests for this song to be posted on their Official Myspace page, because they themselves don't think to highly of this song. But here it is for your listening pleasure or displeasure.

So, on account of my Mid Terms being tommorow, I was kinda busy today and didn't have time untill just now to post the new song. But, here it is, "All is Full of Love" by Björk. Understand that I have no idea who the hell this Björk chick is, or even how to pronounce "Björk"; but I must say that this song, and the video accomanying it are downright amazing. Check em' out.

Song of the Day (Jan. 27, 2010)

Today's song brings us back to some more metal. "Guardians of Asgaard" by Amon Amarth is one of the better songs by Amon Amarth. If your looking for some Viking Metal about pillaging and fighting it gets no better than this. Check it out; and check the band out at their Official Site.

Song of the Day (Jan. 25, 2010)

Following yesterday's song by A Perfect Circle, I bring you some more of Maynard James Keenan; this time in the form of "Lateralus" by Tool. Anyone would agree that a song based on the Fibonacci sequence is going to be awesome. Listen to the song and check out the video as well that describes the use of the Fibonacci sequence in the song. You can find Tool at their Official Site for merch and other info.

Song of the Day (Jan. 21, 2010)

Today's song is by far one of the best examples of Black Metal in the world. Dimmu Borgir's Progenies of the Great Apocalypse is one of their best songs ever created. Have a listen. Note: the video is not the full version of the song, but the song in the playlist is the full version; I suggest checking out both.

Song of the Day (Jan. 19, 2010)

Today's song is "Never Enough" by Epica. This is a great song that kind of breaks up the pattern of "Metal with growls and screams" that the previous songs of the day have set. Check out Epic here.
